Be2 - ESCAPE FROM PONGLAND!!!

 If there is one thing I appreciate, it's taking an old (or retro) idea and breathing new life into it by approaching it in a slightly different way.

That's basically the entire concept of Be2 - Escape from Pongland, a game that asks the probing question: Why do we have to hit that poor little pong ball in the classic 80's video game?  What did the dot ever do to us?

The answer is clear. We've been abusing the pong ball for decades, and it's time we help the little guy get away from our evil paddles.

iDestroy! KILL DE BUGZEZ!!!

 I get stressed out.  It's a hard knock life reviewing these iPhone apps, and there's always some YouTube user who leaves a comment and makes me cry.

 So it's a good thing I have iDestroy! After a long day of hard work, I can crawl in bed and violently exterminate some bugs who are just asking for it, hardcore.  It's just like when I was eight and my Mom gave me that magnifying glass for my birthday…only the magnifying glass has been replaced with a cadre of weapons including EXPLOSIVES!

Pig Jump: Not Quite as Addictive as Bacon

 I love bacon.  I really really really love bacon.  And while that has nothing to do with the game I'm reviewing (other than the word "pig"), I still wanted to volunteer this information.  That's how much I love bacon.

Anyway, Pig Jump is a fun little tilt-controlled game that can take away hours of your life as you try to beat your high score.  I am not good at it, so I can't show you the higher levels, but, like sex, it's still fun even if you aren't skilled at it.

Some folks even think it is better than the de facto standard of tilt games, Doodle Jump, so we figured we would at least give it a look.
