iCab Mobile..an alternative alternate web browser

The built-in safari web browser on the iPad is lacking. That's why I'm always on the look out for an alternate web browser.  Up until now, I have been a huge fan of Atomic web, but I think iCab may become my default iPad web browser.

A few features: See a list of multiple pages and switch instantly.  Open new tab easily.  Hide all but the tab you want to look at…

More than that, though, the app is just downright fast and has a ton of settings and options that aren't available on other browsers.  Throw in the dropbox setting for cloud sharing, and you're good to go.

Real Racing 2 HD…the graphics make the difference

In case you didn't know already, I'm a huge racing fan. So when real racing two came out for the iPad, I couldn't wait to jump in and get my race on.

The game has over thirty licensed cars, fifteen different locations and about ten hours of career mode gameplay.

The big game changer with this app on the iPad 2 vs. iPad 1 is the graphics. It's a beautiful game with lots of fun gameplay…and it comes Mr. Pence approved.

AC-7 Core: Just like AC-7 Pro, but more awesomer.

If you liked AC7-Pro, you're bound to like the very similar AC7-Core.  But now, with iOS 4.2, setup is an absolute breeze.

This is the absolute best and cheapest way to remotely control programs like Final Cut, Pro Tools and Logic.  A solution that used to cost at least $1,500 is now $4.99.  You can't beat that.

The (8-bit) Incident

Simple controls.  8-bit music.  And the simple goal of avoiding destruction via objects falling from the sky.  What's not to love about this retro-style game for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch?

One awesome feature is the ability to sync your iPhone to your iPad and use it as a controller for the larger screen.  So while the game is decidedly "old-school" it doesn't skimp on fun and impressive features that make it all the more enjoyable.
