The Cat In the Hat FINALLY Taught Me How to Read!

Everyone has talked about the iPad's ability to up the ante on eBook readers, and I couldn't agree more. But the device can also do things with books that Kindle and Nook have only dreamed of.

The Cat in the Hat is a great example of what I'm talking about. Using the book's original text and artwork, the app allows users to enjoy the original Seuss book by reading alone or reading along with a narrator. Plus with interactive images, read along highlighting and simple animation, this app has the potential to actually teach kids as they're being entertained. What a noble concept.
