Hi all, here is your quickie rundown of iPhone related news for this slow news week...
Wanna watch TV on your phone? Packet Video is trying to make it happen, promising to send TV signals wirelessly over networks. This one requires some hardware, it seems, so don't expect to be able to buy a $.99 app and be ready to go.
According to Apple Insider, the iPhone now accounts for 51% of the mobile web traffic floating around our heads. Time to step it up, guys, I think we can push that to 80% by the end of the year!
Finally, VentureBeat is reporting that " ARM is teaming up with ST-Ericsson to show off its new Cortex-A9 multi-core processor." Since the iPhone uses the same technology this will upgrade, expect some badass processing in the future...we hope.
That's it for today. Until next time, eat your vegetables.
