TapTuesday News Brief: All eyes on June as whispers of Nano endure

Hi, all, time for another TapTuesday iPhone news brief, bringing you the most interesting iPhone news for the past week.

The most interesting story comes from a rumor-ish "hint" over at iPhoneBuzz that a new iPhone will be released around June of this year.  Speculation has it that this new phone could be a 32G version available in multiple colors (says Top iPhone News).

The same sites go on to hint that...maybe there is a new iPhone nano in the works?  This is almost surely pure speculation, but when did that stop anybody?

Another huge story is that Google has launched syncing ability for the iPhone. It uses push technology to sync google calendars and contacts.  Visit m.google.com/sync to give it a try.  I know a few MobileMe users who will be rethinking their whole lives tonight.

Finally, according to eFluxMedia, the new Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard might be borrowing a few fun features from the iPhone, specifically its multi-touch technology and Geo-location.  Which could be very very badass.

That's the nuts and bolts of it for now.  We forget to mention something?  Leave it in the comments below.  Until next week, happy tapping.
