RedLaser - Savin' money with lasers.

I love it when I run across an App that is not only is super cool, but also saves you money. RedLaser is that app. I've been using it non-stop and find my self addicted to it. So what does it do? RedLaser will capture any UPC, EAN and UPC-E barcode and find the lowest price for the item you just scanned in. It's fast, the user interface is simple and you'll save money the first time you use it.

There's nothing like being in a store and wondering if you can get a particular product cheaper elsewhere. Just line up your barcode with your iPhone and POOF!, Redlaser recognizes the product and will search online for the cheapest price. I know people might shy away from the $1.99 price tag of this app, but I'm telling you, you'll save at least that the first time you use this app. The bottom line is if you like saving money this app is for you.

Sadly this app will not work with first generation iPhones...seems as though the camera will not focus on the barcode if you move the phone close enough to get the barcode within the range of the "brackets" the barcode is simply out of focus.

Thought other 1st gen users would want to know.
