Rumor: iPhone Nano on the Horizon?

Could Steve Jobs be gearing up to launch a new, small, low-cost version of the iPhone?

It looks like a strong possibility.  And with all the cool apps available on a cheaper device, Apple will take over the world!  Move over SkyNet, there is a new Terminator in town.

Word has it the Nano is surprisingly feature-rich, but only time will tell whether this is a complete load of BS.
