Sir Roly Poly – It ain’t pretty, but it kept me entertained.
When you see as many (bad) apps as we do, you start to fixate on certain things. One is the interface design–how pretty does the overall app look as far as color, layout etc? The other is graphics–does the app go out of its way, during gameplay, to look aesthetically pleasing.
With that in mind, I was less than enthused to take a look at Sir Roly Poly. I started playing with a cynical outlook, searching for a way to dismiss this one. Three hours later, I had played through the entire game, and I could no longer hide the fact that this one had hooked me for a brief time.
It’s a really simple puzzle game that will keep you guessing and starting over. There are quite a few things I would change, but this one is still enough of a fun time-waster to recommend.

I love this game! It is challenging & has plenty to keep you busy. I never thought of it as displeasing to look at in any way!
